Lafayette Building
Door Restoration, Hardware Restoration, Woodwork Restoration, Metal Fan Coil Units
This project encompassed a meticulous restoration process that involved the refurbishment of doors and fan coil units. Additionally, the restoration initiative included the meticulous removal of paint from the Jones suite to reveal the exquisite knotted pine underneath. The project scope also entailed re-veneering all doors, stripping and retrofitting paint from fan coil units onto new units, and restoring door locks and hardware. Notably, the Jones suite and the corporate board room were both meticulously restored to their original wood finishes. The Jones suite, previously painted, was rejuvenated, while the Board Room received a restoration of its deep-toned stain.
